By registering for the IIT Hyderabad Visit Program organized by IIT Hyderabad student body in collaboration with

, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Selection Process
• Participation in the program is subject to a merit-based and profile-based selection process.
• Submission of a registration form does not guarantee selection.
• The decision of
Incuxai.Pvt.Ltd
regarding participant selection shall be final.
2. Participant Responsibility
• Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct and comply with all rules and regulations of
IIT Hyderabad Student Body, in collaboration with Incuxai.Pvt.Ltd
, and the organizing authorities.
• Any misconduct, indiscipline, damage to property, or violation of institutional policies may result in immediate removal from the program.
3. Program Modifications
•
Incuxai.Pvt.Ltd, in collaboration with the
IIT Hyderabad Student Body
, reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, sessions, or activities if required due to operational, institutional, or unforeseen circumstances.
• However, the planned IIT Hyderabad visit and program dates shall be honoured unless circumstances beyond reasonable control make it impossible to conduct the event.
4. Limitation of Liability

shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, injury, accident, medical emergency, or unforeseen incident occurring outside the official program activities or designated event premises.
• Participants shall be personally responsible for their belongings, safety, and actions throughout the program.
5. Final Authority

Incuxai.Pvt.Ltd, in collaboration with the
IIT Hyderabad Student Body
, reserves the right to interpret, modify, or update these terms and conditions whenever necessary in the interest of participant welfare, program quality, operational requirements, and compliance with institutional policies.
• All decisions made by
